Almost everything will work again if you unplug and reflect.

 Why Yoga - Why Now?

The art of practicing Yoga helps in balancing an individual’s mind, body and spirit. It brings together physical and mental harmony to achieve a peaceful mind and body, as well as increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone. In addition, it accentuates the breath, focus, energy and vitality. Practicing Yoga might seem like just stretching, but it can do much more for your body from the way you feel, look and move.

Yoga, an ancient gem, has evolved sensationally and adapted seamlessly into the 21st Century as it was always meant to be to rejuvenate the body, mind, soul, and spirit to enhance life.

The entire system works from 4 levels:

Level I concentrates on satisfying the intellect, understanding Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) and the logic behind every action and reaction.  SQ is considered by many to be the most important of our intelligences, and has the power to transform our life.

Level II concentrates on healing energy, strengthening and calming the body.

Level III concentrates on changing negative emotions into strong, positive energy

Level IV concentrates on practical application of movements, mindfulness, breath, sounds/tone, laughter and smiles to de-stress, renew and rejuvenate.
