About The Founder
Mahes Karuppiah-Quillen ND, a multi-faceted holistic health practitioner, is renowned for her expertise in holistic health (both Eastern & Western practices), Corporate Stress Management programs, The Happiness Project, Laughter Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga Meditation Coaching, Naturopathy & Whole Food Nutrition, and various wellness disciplines. With a positive psychology background, she’s been a leading voice in holistic health since 1999, promoting the joyful union of mind, body, and spirit.

Her program provides participants with an easy, practical, in-depth understanding of the best techniques, once secrets of the East and with her knowledge and experience of the holistic Western Natural Medical practices, she brings Yoga into the 21st century.
