Mahes is an Australian-qualified Naturopath, Medical Herbalist, Nutritionist, Health Coach, Speaker Assessor. She is a full member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA), Australian Teachers of Meditation Association (ATMA), International Taoist Certified Instructor, Laughter Yoga Trainer and Facilitator, Happiness Program Facilitator. She is also skilled in Breathing Techniques, Changing Brain (neuroplasticity), Breaking Old Habits, Brain Nutrition and Stress Management/Adrenal Exhaustion.
Founder Success Story
1.She was instrumental in getting Laughter into the Malaysian Book of records, setting the first laughter record at 5 minutes 18 seconds with 800 people laughing without jokes.
2. Mahes headed a successful research project at the University of Malaya on the effects of Simulated Laughter and Good Cheers in 2002. In 2018, she spear-headed the first ever Community Laughter Conference at Deakin Edge - Federation Square on behalf of Laughter Clubs Victoria.
3. Having had the privilege of doing the Happiness Project with Robert Holden (NHS Laughter Clinics) in Oxford, England, she facilitates Happiness & Joy Workshops and is a passionate explorer of joy and happiness.
4. Having made her name in Corporate Stress Management in Malaysia she now conducts Corporate Stress Management & Adrenal Exhaustion work shops and talks. Her best-seller work shops/talks are: Digital Detox, Healthy Brain Beautiful Mind, Laugh Easy/Laughter Yoga, Mood Boost, Sleep Savvy, Mindful Meditation. She lives & works in Melbourne, Australia.
